TTC And Your Ovulation Cycle

If you are actively trying to conceive, it’s best to use Astroglide TTC immediately before intercourse when your body is most fertile. For a woman with the average 28-day menstrual cycle, this is within 5 days before and up to the day of ovulation.

*This chart reflects the average 28-day cycle. Ovulation cycles may vary from 21-35 days. If your cycle is irregular, the day of ovulation may be determined by observing when your basal body temperature (BBT) reaches its peak. You can also speak to your healthcare provider about possible signs of ovulation.
