Go Green While Getting It On – Video Contest

Prizes:
Grand Prize – A chauffeured night on the town for you and a guest to a local restaurant of your choice and two eco-friendly gift baskets full of goodies and Astroglide products/gear. Total prize package worth up to a maximum of $1,500.
All qualified contestants – A free bottle of Astroglide Natural.
Video Submission Restrictions

  1. Video submission may not be longer than 120 seconds (2 minutes). All submissions over allotted timeframe will automatically be disqualified.
  2. Submitter must agree to BioFilm, Inc.’s Terms of Use and Privacy Agreement
  3. Video must be your original work, the sole property of the submitter, and not previously published or entered in other contests.
  4. Entry must not violate third party rights, so please don't show any third party trademarks, company names or logos.
  5. Do not use inappropriate or offensive content: no profanity, pornography, nudity or lewd acts.
  6. Video must be in English only please.
  7. You and anyone featured in your video must be 18 years or older.
  8. If you are our winner, you must have written permission from anybody seen or heard in your video. Participants must pass along all rights for usage to BioFilm, Inc. Participants must sign the Participant Release form and provide such release to BioFilm, Inc. as requested.
  9. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary

How to Enter Contest
  1. Create a video response to: “How do you go green while getting it on?”
  2. Upload your video to YouTube.
  3. Submit your video to Astroglide via contest entry form located at: http://www.astroglide.com/contest.
  4. Include your contact information required on the entry form. If you are one of the finalists, you will have to provide physical proof of your age, i.e. driver’s license or birth certificate.
  5. Limit 1 video per name/e-mail address
  6. Agree to BioFilm, Inc.’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Agreement.

Length of Contest: Get started now! Entries accepted starting August 4, 2009 though midnight PST on September 4, 2009. Winners will be announced September 22, 2009.

Terms of Condition and Privacy Agreement
By submitting your video into the “Go Green While Getting It On Contest” you agree that BioFilm, Inc. has the unrestricted right to: use your video entry in whole or in part, commercially or non-commercially, in any media known or unknown, in perpetuity, worldwide, including the right to publish and display the video entry for advertising and publicity, and to edit and make derivative works, all without additional review or compensation. Additionally, you agree that BioFilm, Inc. may post your entry (including your name) on its Web site(s) and/or its Web pages on third party sites.
