Proposal Gone Wrong Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The “Proposals Gone Wrong” Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older.
HOW TO ENTER: Beginning June 7, 2010 through 12:00 PM Pacific Time on July 9, 2010 (the “entry period”) log on to www.astroglide.com and click on the Astrofun link to find the Proposals Gone Wrong Contest and follow the on-screen entry instructions. By entering, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and otherwise eligible to participate. Entries must be received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time on June 20, 2010. Limit one entry per e-mail address/per person/per household. You will be responsible for normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your internet service provider. Automated, mechanical, or third party entry devices or services are prohibited.
JUDGING: Many will enter; however, there will be only three (3) winners (hereinafter “the Winners”). From entries properly received by the contest deadline, a panel of judges from BioFilm, Inc. will select the top five (5) “Proposals Gone Wrong” entries. The entries will be judged on appropriateness and at the sole discretion of BioFilm, Inc. The five (5) entries chosen by the BioFilm, Inc. judges will be posted on the www.astroglide.com website on June 28, 2010. The viewing public will vote for the Winner of the “Proposal Gone Wrong” contest. The entry that receives the highest number of votes will be declared the 1st Place Winner. The next highest number will be declared the 2nd Place Winner, and the third highest number will be declared the 3rd Place Winner. Voting will take place between June 28, 2010 and July 11, 2010. The five (5) entries posted on the website will become the sole property of BioFilm, Inc.
PRIZES: Subject to verification and compliance with these official rules, the 1st Place Winner will receive one Astroglide love basket (approximate retail value $50), 2nd Place will receive one Astroglide love basket of $25 retail value and 3rd Place will receive a $15 basket. For specific details, please see basket contents link on contest home page. No transfer, substitution or cash will be awarded in lieu of the stated prize. The prize is non-transferable, non-substitutable and non-endorsable.
NOTIFICATION: The Winner will receive notification via e-mail or mail within a week of the end of the voting period. The winning entry will be posted on www.astroglide.com. The Winner may be required to verify his/her address and execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within fourteen (14) business days of the date stated on the Winner’s notification, or the prize will be forfeited. If the prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if it is forfeited, the prize will not be awarded to the notified Winner thereafter.

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges. BioFilm is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected entries, for technical hardware, software malfunctions or failures of any kind, lost, unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, which may limit a user’s ability to participate.
